Valley of the Kings

Tatsuya struggled to get onto one knee as Jaxon ran over to him. She sent up an army of sand tornadoes. As each tornado flew forward it killed dozens of hollow. Tatsuya smiled to her as she made her way to him. She then reached forward and gently stroked his cheek. Wiping away some of the blood he had coughed up with her thumb. He smiled and held her hand as she did this. He could see the worry on her face. “It’s alright, this isn’t anything.” Tatsuya knew this was a lie though. Though at first he thought he’d be able to bounce back from it when the kick first impacted, it seemed this was only adrenaline clouding the true extent of his injury. It seemed that the kick and the resulting crash had done more to him than he thought. It was getting harder for him to breathe. He could also hear the sounds of bone scraping and little cracks every now and then. He began to assume that he had broken two or three ribs. But he was also injured elsewhere. As he was sent sprawling through the air as a result of the hollows kick, he crashed into the sand. During that crash he landed awkwardly on his left arm. There was intense pain throbbing from it, but Tatsuya never looked down to check it out. As he looked down at it, it was bent out of shape. It seemed that his left wrist was now dislocated.

Tatsuya sighed as he began to see the extent of his injuries. He didn’t want to be a burden. Right now, he couldn’t afford to be a burden. The hollows were closing in, and now even stronger hollows were digging their enormous building sized bodies up and out of the sand. While Tatsuya watched all of this, Jaxon leaned in and began to whisper in his ear. “You were supposed to be careful. You know how I worry. I’ll just have to heal you up later.” These words brought a smile to his face. Even in the light of such insurmountable odds, her words gave him hope that there would be a “later”. They’d survive, he was sure of it. He gripped the blade of his sword and leaned forwards, whispering into her ear. “I’m looking forward to it.” He laughed a bit and then kissed her upon her cheek, before she got up and walked forward. She began to speak again, answering his earlier question about the building sized hollows now walking towards them. She explained that they were Gillian class hollows. They were deadly alone. But when they arrived in mass number, they were even deadlier. Looking at her she could tell she was angry. Angry at the Gillian for attacking and injuring him. Tatsuya was flattered that she felt this way, but he didn’t want her to go off trying to fight it alone. He motioned forward to try and calm her down, but it seemed that she held herself back. Tatsuya smiled as she asked Adam if they could team up to kill it. Tatsuya would stay back and let them handle this guy. He had faith in them. As he listened to her speak of her plan, out of the corner of his eye he saw a small glint. He turned his head to see what it was, only to see that the Gillian had thrown a bladed arm towards her. “JAXON!!!” Tatsuya pressed forward on his blade and pushed himself up. The blade was coming in fast, and it seemed she wasn’t aware of it coming. With all his might he ran forward, trying to get to her in time. The broken bones began to scrape together, causing immense pain, but he pressed forward. He couldn’t lose her. No amount of pain would impede him.

As he got closer, he saw Adam push her out of the way of the blade. She came flying towards him. Tatsuya threw his blade to his left hand and stabbed it into the ground. Pain shot up through him from his dislocated wrist. He held his right arm out and caught her, using the blade in the ground as support. He looked down at her, tears welling up in his eyes. He couldn’t believe that he had been so close to losing her. “You’re safe…Thank you, Adam. If you weren’t here I don’t know what would have happened…” Tatsuya raised his gaze to look at Adam only for his eyes to widen in shock. Having pushed Jaxon out of the way, the blade had impaled Adam. He could see Adam’s legs begin to shake and his knees begin to buckle. Even with this injury, Adam used his shikai attack to cut the sword arm of the Gillian off. The Gillian began to scream in pain as this happened. Tatsuya continued to stare at Adams injury. He couldn’t help but feel that he was to blame. If he hadn’t gotten injured, then all the events that led up to this happening wouldn’t have happened. He cursed under his breathe. Once again, others were being harmed as a result of him. As Jaxon got up and ran over to finish off the Gillian, Tatsuya slowly stood up. He gripped the hilt of his zanpaktou in his right hand, and tugged it out of the sand. He then began to sluggishly walk forward. He was making his way towards the hollows that continued to make their way to them. He couldn’t just sit around now. Right now he was in better shape than Adam, he’d have to continue fighting. Hollow ran in and Tatsuya sluggishly swung his blade. He slashed through a couple of them, while others managed to get through and hit him. Tatsuya continued to fight on until a sea of black ravens began to encircle them, creating a dark sphere separating them from the hollows. As this happened, Jaxon made her way to Adam and quickly began to heal him.

Tatsuya began to curse as the sea of ravens continued to block him off from the hollows that lurked on that outside. He wanted to continue fighting, even though his body told him otherwise. He wanted to kill as many of these hollow as he could. He wanted to use them to get rid of the guilt he was feeling. All of a sudden, he could feel the reiatsu of another shinigami arriving. He appeared and started to kill off some of the hollows before appearing before the captain. He then began to ask the captain how he could be off assistance. Tatsuya shook his head. It was obvious what he could be doing to assist them. They were injured and surrounded by hollow. Killing the hollows that attacked seemed like the obvious choice. But maybe it wasn’t obvious to all. It seemed that it was pretty obvious to the captain as well, who seemed to tell the man so. The man then got up and called out his shikai, to which his dual blades caught fire and began to glow. He ran through the hollows and began to kill them. Tatsuya watched the man as he did this and noticed blood pouring from bandages he had. It seemed like the man was pretty badly injured before even coming here. Even while this was happening the man continued to fight on, his wounds pouring out more and more blood. It seemed that this mans goal was to bleed to death. Tatsuya shook his head. “At least he’s holding them off…” He then looked over to Jaxon who continued to try and close Adam’s wound.

He watched them until the captain arrived and stood in the middle of them all. "Jaxon. You are not to move from this spot. You are the only medic we have here. I will offer you what protection I can...” After saying this, He vanished from sight. He was nowhere to be seen. He was a few hundred feet up in the air though. He held his hand out. The captain yelled out two bakudo. The first one let loose a large blue glob. It went down for a few feet before shooting out six tentacles. The captain then landed on the net and summoned a large inverted triangle. He then grabbed Adam and slung him over he shoulder. Tatsuya cringed at the sight. He knew Adam had to be feeling some major pain at the result of this. Soon enough, the captain grabbed Tatsuya and slung him over his shoulder as well. “Shit!!!!!” Tatsuya yelled out in pain. His ribs had slammed into the captains shoulder. While he winced in pain, he could smell the faint aroma of roses. Though Tatsuya chalked this up to him being on the verge of passing out from the pain. The captain then took them inside of the triangle and sealed it. "Tatsuya Adam. Until further notice your one and only priority is to protect this structure. Jaxon, as limited as it may be, is the only one here who has any idea of the body and how to heal it. As such, you will listen to her. If she says you cannot make it, then don't you even consider leaving." The captain looked out and held out his wrist, palm down. A small slot opened up and a raven flew in, landing on the captains wrist. He began to speak to the bird before kissing its head. The raven then made its way to Jaxon. "Tell the raven when you need me to open a door. I will hear it." The captain then hopped out of the bakudo and began to kill hollow after hollow.

Tatsuya gripped his zanpaktou and slowly stood. He had a job to do. Both he and Adam had been charged with protecting this place, and right now Adam was out of commission, so that left only him. Tatsuya turned and looked towards Jaxon. “Continue healing him…I’ll be back…” Tatsuya then looked down to the raven. “I need a door out of here…close it after I leave.” The raven looked at him, almost as If confused as to why he’d want to leave, but it screeched nonetheless and a doorway opened. Tatsuya limped his way out and the doorway closed behind him. Tatsuya was taken aback by the sight outside of the base. It seemed that there were even more hollows now. More and more Gillians were now in the background, stomping their way towards them all. The weaker hollow had even increased in number. Tatsuya placed his hands together and then pulled them apart. Right now, he couldn’t fight these hollows with just his zanpaktou, or even using his zanpaktou to be honest. He was too injured. He’d have to rely on kido. He couldn’t use any offensive kido though. The recoil from these would probably injure him even more than he was now. He’d need to use bakudo, and he knew exactly which one to use. “Bakudo 9. Hōrin!!!” Tatsuya created two ropes of binding kido and threw them forward. They began to bind the long lines of hollows that encircled them. He continued to do this until he created a huge spider web of binding kido that domed over their base. Any Hollow that walked into would be bound with no escape, at least until Tatsuya’s reiatsu ran out and he couldn’t sustain this large kido. He fell to his knees in exhaustion. He began to pant hard, and his broken ribs made this task even harder. He watched as the hollows were now trapped in this “fly paper” and other hollows behind them had to stand in place as to not become caught in this kido by touching others who were. The Gillian in the back continued their onward march though. As they walked forward they killed countless hollows by stomping them to death. He could feel the numbers of the hollows still remaining quickly dropped as this began to happen. The roars of death grew ever louder and Tatsuya remained outside of the base, keeping up the kido.

Even when she was blinded for now, she knew someone else had arrived. Another Shinigami. Well that’s a bonus. But the downside is that this Shinigami came late. Better late then never. Right? Sadly that’s not always the case. Especially now. She heard the sound of a zanpakuto slashing through Hollows. Before she heard the Shinigami’s voice. She had to hold back a laugh. Did he just ask what he could do? Seriously? Most of them were injured and surrounded by Hollows! Really! She was nice though. While the others probably chastised him, she kept quiet. She kept her thoughts on that to herself. Now wasn’t the time to chastise others. They can do it later. In the safety of Soul Society. She heard what Nikitio said to this Shinigami. He was named Hayashi. She guessed he was in the 2nd Division as well. But she wasn’t fully sure.She heard Nikki start to sing again. She knew he was singing about her. As she was the only female her. And as far as she knew, the only one that was blinded. She was glad that Nikitio was helping her out. He wasn’t leaving her like this. This made her respect him even more. As a Shinigami. As a person. As a Captain. She gasped a bit as one of the birds flew towards her. She stayed still as the bird flapped it’s wings. It generated more wind than a normal bird would have. It was enough to blow the blood from her eyes. As soon as she felt her eyes free of blood, she opened them. She caught sight of the bird returning to join the others. She was right. The bird was a raven. It was a part of Nikitio’s zanpakuto. As she looked to him, she saw that he was surrounded by a sphere of them. It was quite a sight. Quite a sight indeed.

She was able to see now all that she has missed. It looked as if they didn’t even make a dent. There seemed to be more Hollows. She sighed some then gasped as she turned her head to the side. She looked over at Adam. Then at Tatsuya. She needed to heal them. Now. Adam looked worse then when she last saw him. She was worried. She saw him give her a weak smile. He said it wasn’t her fault. That it was his own. She sighed and shook her head. She didn’t believe him. She knew it was her fault. She knew he wouldn’t have been able to dodge the blade. If he was, he would have done it. She should have been paying more attention. This was a wake up call of sorts to her. She blinked as she felt something on her leg. She looked down. It was his bloody left hand. She looked to him. Adam touched her. It seemed as if he was opening up. At least a little bit. She nodded to him. “Your welcome.” She said. She started to place her hands together. She moved her hands over the wound in his stomach. He relaxed some. That would help majorly in healing him. She started to close her eyes. As if to focus. Soon her hands started to glow green. Then the green glow started to seep into his wound. She was slowly trying to close his wound. Stop him from bleeding everywhere. “Stay awake Adam. Talk to me. Keep your eyes open. Don’t move.” She would tell him. She knew that it would be bad if he closed his eyes. If he fell asleep. He might not wake up. She wasn’t about to let him die.

She was too busy focusing onto Adam that she didn’t notice the rise in power from the newest Shinigami that joined them. Her back was to the Shinigami. So either way, she didn’t his Shikai. She heard him though. Heard him go into Shikai. Soon she started to smell something burn. The bodies of Hollows burning. The smell was just horrible. She wrinkled her nose some. She then started to cough. The smell was bothering her. It even started to distract her some. The green glow started to leave from her hands. And Adam started to bleed again. “No. No. No. Focus. Jaxon. C’mon. Focus.” She spoke to herself as she shook her head. She placed her hands closer over Adam’s wound. The green glow came back around her hands. It also started to seep into Adam again some more. She was in more control now. Adam’s wound was starting to get healed faster. Faster and better. She tried her best to take most of the pain from him. Trying to use her reiatsu to soothe him in a way. Her eyes started to open some. She was checking on him. On her work. He seemed to be doing better now. As she heard Nikitio again, she turned her head.

He was walking towards her, Adam, and Tatsuya. At his order, she nodded. She knew what she had to do. She was to heal them. She was fine with that. But she knew that they will have to escape soon. As she can’t heal for long. Her stamina wasn’t that high yet. She needed to practice more to get her stamina that high. “Understood. Thank you.” She told him. She then watched him disappear then reappear. She continued to heal Adam all through this. His wound was taking a while to heal. It was to be expected. She watched at what he did. He used Bakudo 37. Then Bakudo 73. The first one let loose a large blue glob. It went down for a few feet before shooting out six tentacles. Nikitio landed in the net and casted the second one. This one summoned a large inverted triangle. Nikitio opened it up a bit so he could get out. She watched as he came to them again. She gasped as he slung Adam over one shoulder. She even winced. She wasn’t done healing him. And that just made the wound worse. She was panting a bit. This healing was starting to take it’s toll on her. But she tried to hide the panting. She didn’t want them to worry. She didn’t want to sit by and rest while they could die from their wounds. She winced as Tatsuya was slung over Nikitio’s other shoulder. She teared up some as she heard him yell out in pain. She held onto Nikitio when he picked her up last. She was treated more delicately. She was in his arms. From being so close to him, she thought she could smell roses. Anything was better then blood. Then burning Hollow bodies. She welcomed the rose scent.

He took them into the makeshift base. It would protect them from the Hollow here. That was assuming that more than five Gillian didn't gang up on it. Or a Vasto Lorde appear an fire a cero. Things would get messy. Nikitio set them all down on the soft Tsuriboshi. It was kind of bouncy, but not enough to make one loose their footing. She looked around some. She got onto her knees. As he spoke to them of his orders, she listened. She then nodded. Like it or not, they would have to listen to her. She needed to pay attention to them. She looked at the raven as it landed on Nikitio’s wrist. She nodded to Nikitio as he told them the reason of the raven. The raven then took a seat next to her. She patted the raven some. With that he left. He went out of the Bakudo. Standing right outside he used Shunko once more. Energy rippled through the air. He zipped forward and killed Hollow after Hollow. He did it with his fists alone. If you watched, one could see he didn't carry a sword with him. She watched him some before she went back to Adam. She placed her hands over his wound a third time. Her hands glowed green for the third time. And seeped into Adam’s wound. She was trying to heal him as best as she could. As quickly as she could. She noticed from the corner of her eye that Hayashi was wounded now. But he seemed to have been wounded before. This wasn’t looking good. Jaxon glanced to Tatsuya as he stood. She knew that he was in no condition to fight. She bit her lip worriedly as he said he’ll be back. She knew she could tell him no. That he would have to follow her order. But he needed to protect them. So she said nothing. She watched at what Tatsuya did. Her lover was a genius in a way. The way he used his Kido. He made a fly trap of sorts. Soon, she was done healing Adam. He would be sore, but alive. She was lightly sweating and her body felt heavy. It took a lot out of her to heal him. “Go Adam. Switch places with Tatsuya. He needs to be healed. Quick. While I still have my strength. I’m starting to feel weak.” She told Adam. She closed her eyes a bit as she started to slump some to the side. She was careful to not hurt the raven beside her.

Things were getting bad. Very bad. They were starting to be pushed back. This wasn't a good sign. Adam could feel everyone trying to use what little energy they had left. Adam felt bad. Really bad. He felt like he was letting them all down. He needed to protect. He wanted to protect. He didn't want to be protected. Not in a long shot. Adam was laying down beside Jaxon. She was trying her best to heal him. Adam didn't like seeing her use her powers on him. He felt a bit pained by her expressions as well. She was hurt. Her pride was hurt. She felt so bad for Adam. Adam felt bad for her. He wished he could say something to comfort her. Sadly he could think of nothing. Nothing to say. This was bad. This made him feel even worse. He couldn't do anything. He looked over at her lover. He was bady wounded as well. It may not have been as bad as his, but still. It bothered him. He was trying his best to fight on. Adam was proud of that man. He was truly strong. He was worthy of Adam respect. Adam was happy that he was with Jaxon. The two were perfect for each other. They acted alike a lot of the time. From what he's seen. They also agreed on everything they did with each other. They also agreed to have Adam healed first. Adam wanted to be healed fast. He wanted to jump into combat again. He hated letting the others do the fighting. He also hated the fact two were badly injured and kept fighting.

Adam noted his Vice captains strange will to keep fighting. He was bleeding out. He was in even worse shape then Adam was. Adam shook his head. Adam thought why he couldn't have just relaxed a bit. He shouldn't push himself. It was bad. He would soon die keeping that up. Adam then refocused on Jaxon's lover. He was trying his best to stay up. He was near him now. Adam didn't want him to push himself any longer. Adam needed him to rest. It was his job to watch over the two of them. Not the other way round. This bothered him. This annoyed him. Adam just kept his emotionless face glued on. He didn't want to show any of this. Not to anyone. Not yet. Or rather not at all. He would like no one to know. Adam could feel Sai shaking in his hand. She was trying to keep him awake. Just like Jaxon was. They were both telling him to keep his eyes open. His eyes were open. They were feeling a bit heavy though. The world around him was beinging to dull. This was a bad sign. He was going to die. NO. Not here. Not yet. He still had a job to do. He was still young in the eyes of the other soul reapers. He didn't want to look weak. Not in front of his captain. He'd make himself look like a fool. If he died here, his captain, and the two students would hate him. He didn't want this. He was trying to gain their trust. Bit by bit. He was showing them his real side. He just hid everything away so no one would talk to him. He wanted them to gain his trust before that. Plus these students, and his captain did. He would talk to them. He'd open himself to them. He wanted to. He would love too. As long as they would trust him. He could care less about anyone else right now. He just wanted their trust. No other. No matter the cost. He was going to get it. He wanted it. Adam blinked a couple of times. He kept looking over at the ravens. They were killing the hollow in a beautiful way. Adam could see why his captain was in charge of 2nd. He was deadly. Far more deadly then anything else he'd seen so far. He was killing the hollow with his ravens. Nothing else. It was amazing. It truly was. Adam hoped his captain would teach him more. He wanted to be strong like him. He would do anything to get to his level. Even if it meant him nearly dying. He was dying now. It didn't matter. He knew what it was like. It was nice. You hardly felt a thing. You were numb. Adam couldn't feel Sai shaking in his hand anymore. He also started to lose his hearing. Not good. Adam was relaxing a bit to much. Anymore and he'd die. Adam forced more of his power through his body. He started to get feeling. He lifted his head a little to see how the healing was coming. He was a little shocked to see Jaxon lose focus, and watch as more of his blood split out. Adam grunted from the pain. Pain that was good. It told him he was alive. If he was alive he could fight. Or would fight. Not now however. Not until Jaxon was done with her healing. He would have to wait.

Adam then looked over to see his captain. He was now walking towards them. Once there he stopped in front of them. He gave a few more orders. Adam could barely hear. Adam's vision was also a bit blurry. The bright sun kept shinning into his eyes. It was making things a bit better. He could feel his sweat roll down all over his body. Adam liked this feeling. He was getting his life back. He could feel Jaxon's healing working. His wound was not that bad now. Just as he began to relax a bit more he was given a huge shock. He felt his captain houst him up onto his shoulder. Adam was a little shocked. He could feel a surg of pain course through him. "ow, that stings." Adam though. He wasn't in that much pain anymore. For the most part his wound was turning out to heal nicely. It was all thanks to Jaxon. She looked a bit tired. She must have been hot. The heat, as well as the constant use of her power. It was all wearing her down. He could tell. She couldn't hide it from him. He could still hear her heavy breathing. He knew she didn't want anyone to worry about her. Adam didn't care though. He would worry about her. He didn't want her lover, losing her. Adam also didn't want to lose a new friend. A friend. That was something he hadn't ever really though about having. Or wanting for that matter. When he was living, he had one or two friends. They weren't good friends. But they were friends none the less. They did help him out of a lot. They also managed to get him food when he didn't have any. Adam shook his head. "enough of these thoughts." Adam thought to himself. Sai stopped shaking in his arms. She could feel his energy returning now. Adam could also feel this. Adam then looked over to see Jaxon's lover get thrown over his captains shoulder like him. Adam also heard the painful response to it. He could see Jaxon look back a bit. She could just feel their pain. Adam shook his head. He then looked at her lover. He was strong. Far stronger then he. Adam wanted to protect him. He wanted to him to use his real power. No more of this BS. It was time Adam did something.

Adam watched as his captain made a makeshift base for Jaxon to heal them. Adam then closed his eyes. He felt like there was something he had to do. Something that was needed. Something He should have. Something they all needed right now. He didn't want them to wait any longer. Once they began going up, Adam could smell something. Roses. It smelt better then the Hollow blood. That was a given though. Adam also looked to see Jaxon who had been picked up last enjoy the sent. It provided a bit of relaxation. It made you want to close your eyes. It also made you want to think of a rose bush. A bush of red roses. They were deadly as they were beautiful. They had their own defence against human hands. It was a shape one that would give anyone a little jump. Once inside Adam opened his eyes. He looked around the little base. It was perfect for now. It wasn't much. It was perfect. just what they needed for the time being. This place looked as if it couldn't take 5 or more gillian. Or a Vasto for that matter as well. Adam didn't care though. Once his captain layed him down, Adam watched him leave. Before he stepped out Adam gave him a nod. He owed his captain another one. This didn't bother him though. It made him want to try harder. For everyones sake. Once they were all inside Adam noted Jaxon's lover leaving the base. He wanted to follow orders. Adam then felt a sudden sting flow through his body. Jaxon wasn't looking when he closed his eyes. Adam had just left this plain. He left for his inner world.

His inner world. It was massive. The background looked weird. It had a dark fog. Or some kind of mist. This was Adam's first time really seeing it. The ground was like a deep pool of water. Just you never sank. The place had a relaxing feeling about it. Yet also a unhappy one. It matched him well. Adam then began to walk around. He walked until he saw someone who made his eyes go wide. He was standing before Sai. She was beautiful. She had dark blue hair. Her eyes were like his light blue. Just the opposite of his. His eyes held sadness. While hers held happiness and joy. They made anyone fall in love with her. They had to power to stop hearts. Her beautiful face made anyone want to melt. In a word she was drop dead sexy. She had an amazing figure, that made Adam's jaw drop. She was the one talking to him. She had a soft kind voice. It made him feel relaxed every time she spoke to him. Her Pure white wings flapped. She was weaing a white robe. A pure white robe. She looked like an angel. She even sounded and acted like one. She was a bit smaller than Adam standing 5'6". That didn't bother him though. It shouldn't. Her personality was a kind and and loving one. A smile soon grew across his face. It was a kind one. He didn't have an emotionless face anymore. He had a kind one.

As Adam walked towards her, she turned to face him. She was blushing a bit. She loved seeing Adam. Adam loved to see her. How could he not. He couldn't keep his eyes off of her. She smiled a bit. "Hi Adam." She greeted him. Adam bowed, then returned the greeting. "Hey Sai." It was short and sweet. It held no ill feelings. Only kind ones. Adam then stopped. He just noticed what she was holding. Adam's eyes were a little shocked to see what they were looking at. She was holding a blade that looked like her, when she was in Shikai. Adam was a bit afraid. He looked over to his side. He noticed he also had the same blade. "What? How?" Adam questioned alound. Sai giggled a bit. Her hand in front of her mouth trying to hide it. She then looked up at Adam. "There's one thing you still need Adam. Something you have to fight me for. Trust me its not going to be easy." Sai replied to his thoughts. Adam was taken back a bit. "What do I have to fight you for?" Adam asked Sai. Sai shook her head. She was serious now. The feeling had changed. It was now a bit scary. Said looked up to face Adam. She also kept walking towards him. "Remember what your captain used? And is still using might I add." Sai asked. Adam moved back a bit. "You don't mean Bankai? No. This can't be." Adam replied to Sai. He was a little nervous. He didn't know he had the strength too gain such a power. "Yes that. You are strong Adam. You are ready for this. It's needed." Sai replied to his feelings. Adam looked down. He began shaking his head. She was right it was. He wanted power. He wanted to protect everyone. He didn't want to be weak. Not anymore. He was done with being weak. He need this strength. Sai smiled. Adam drew his blade. Sai disappeared. Adam's head still hung low. He was waiting.

Then he threw his head up. Sai reappeared behind him swing downwards towards him. Adam was quick to dodge, moving to his left now. He then placed his left hand on the hilt. He was going to use more power. Sai began to move faster. She began striking him in every direction. Adam would quickly block the blows with his blade. He would also jump, and flip out of the way. The battle had just started for him. He could feel the difference in power. She was far stronger then him. She was also faster. Her wings gave her that much more speed. She had insane skills. Adam could barly keep up. He kept swing his blade in order to block. He swung left, a block. Then to his right, another block. So far so good. His eyes moved around the area. He kept seeing her move around as if she was a small light that moved from place to place. It was fast. If he blinked he would lose sight of her. She was moving faster then his captain. "Damn." He was having trouble now.

He was on the defence. She was doing good keeping him like this. The area around them kept looking as if it was moving. This bothered him. It gave him a weird feeling. Adam didn't know Sai was also teaching him something. She loved Adam. She didn't want to see him die. She had to try as if she was going to kill him. She needed to. Adam kept trying his best to keep up. This wasn't turning out good. Not at all. He was also having trouble in his mind. He was worring about the others. Then Sai's voice rang out. "Stop thinking about them. Worry about here and now. You won't be able to help them if you keep thinking about them. Your still weak Adam. The more you worry the more you put them, and yourself in danger." Sai told Adam. Adam swung his blade where he thought he heard her. Nothing. He only cut the fog. Adam was really starting to become pissed now. A little to pissed. Sai could feel this. Sai began to get uneasy. She knew Adam still had much to learn. "Calm yourself Adam. It doesn't help to get angry and lose control." Sai pointed out. Adam looked a bit confused. Sai took this opening. Adam jumped. Then his jump went into a flip. It was close to close. "The more you think, the more openings you show. Think about me. You're doomed to die if you don't." Sai said.

Adam kept looking around. He couldn't see her. Only fog. He would only have split seconds to dodge or block. He hated being on the defence. It was time he went to the offence. Adam closed his eyes for a second. He began to relax. Sai saw this as an opening. Adam waited until she got in close. Once she was in range. Adam swung his blade up. The two blades hit each other hard. Sending sparks flying in every direction. He then pushed foward. He had just changed the tide. He was going on the offence. Sai felt a sudden push. She was sent flying back. She used the air to stop herself. She closed her eyes as she did this. Adam used his new found tech he had learned from his captain to swing down just center of her body. Sai quickly raised her blade. Adam's blade hit her hard. She was pushed down by how hard. He was using more force now. Sai pushed herself up only to see Adam jab towards her stomach. Sai rolled over narrowly missing the blade. Adam kept sending jabs her way. She kept rolling over until she tried to kick under him. Adam saw this movement, and jumped. Then then brought his blade down with lighting speed. She had little time. "Ahh!" Sai cried as her blade managed to block his, but she was sent flying.

She then disappeared in blink of an eye. Then reappeared behind Adam. She came down with her blade. She cut his back a bit. Adam cried out in pain. Then did the same. Only he kicked her. She wasn't expecting this and was kicked hard in the gut. She had the wind knocked out of her. Adam then quickly ran up behind her. Once there he punched her in the back sending her flying away again. She hit the ground hard. She began rolling around on the water like ground. Kicking up water. She pushed herself up half way. She then coughed out some blood. "Good." Sai said. She loved how he was fighting now. She smiled as she wiped her mouth clean clean of blood. Adam soon appeared right beside her. She looked over at him then swung her sword. This wasn't a normal swing however. She said something that made Adam's eyes go wide with horror. "Death's bane." Sai cried out. Soon a massive black wave came flying towards Adam. Adam was quick to raise his bladed to guard himself. Adam's arms began to shake as he held his ground. "damn it. DAMN IT!" Adam yelled as he used his black shield. The black shield took the full force of the blast. It was hardly effected. Adam fell to his knees. That blast had taken its toll. Adam then pushed himself back up to his feet using his blade. Adam's knees shaked a bit. That was normal. He had just taken a powerful blow there. Sai took advanage of this. She quickly appeared right beside him. She then sent her blade foward in a jabbing move. Adam was quick to block it over to his right side. The blade went in front of him. Throwing Sai a little off balance. Adam then smiled. "Death's bane." Adam said as he swung his sword at Sai. Sai had no time to react. She was caught by the blast.

Sai was sent flying back landing hard. She was done now. She couldn't stand. She was tired as well. Adam was panting hard, and fast. That blast used up a lot of his energy. He then walked over beside Sai. Once beside her, he fell to his knees. Sai smiled at him. She stood back up. It looked like nothing had happened. "What the?" Adam wondered aloud. "You've done it Adam." Sai said. Then Adam had a surg of engery flow through him. Sai gave him a little smile before Adam disappeared from his inner world.

Adam awoke to see to see Jaxon slouching over. Adam got up feeling like a new man. His wound was healed. His power restored. Adam picked up the raven. "I need a door please." Adam asked the raven with an emotionless face. The raven made a door for him. Adam jumped out then looked around to see Jaxon's lover fighting with a defencive Kido. "Hey, your lover needs you. Don't worry I'll defend you guys." "Its time. Bankai." Adam said as he held Sai out pointing towards the Hollow. Soon a massive surg of power flowed out. It was immense. Soon the light that surrounded Adam disappeared. It revealed a different man. His long blonde hair was gone. Now it was black with the front silver/white. His clothing had also changed. It was now a grey coat with a black bucked vest underneath. His pants where now pitch black, as well as his shoes. His silver cross hung more freely around his neck now. He had a smile as well. Sai's three skulls now had a green flame emiting from the empty eye sockets. The blade also had a black could over it that glowed white like Adam's spirit pressure. "Captain was this what you talking about?" Adam asked as he began killing Hollow then returning to his place, as if he had never left.

Nikitio opened the Bakudo twice. Once for Tatsuya. Once more for Adam. He slew Hollow after Hollow. They fell before him. The Vasto Lordes were not to be seen. Maybe they left? He hoped they did. He had to focus though. Claws were flying. He suffered a few scratches here and there. He wasn't God. He didn't claim to be. He was fast. He was incredibly fast. But when you are outnumbered a thousand to one, odds are you'll get cut up a few times. If it wasn't for his training and his birds, he'd probably be in a lot more pain. He moved this way and that. He dodged a claw here and a claw there. Then he felt it.

A surge of energy erupted from near-by. It was Shinigami reiatsu. It was Adam's reiatsu. Nikitio used shunpo. He appeared next to Adam as he spoke. He shook his head. [color=indigo]"Not quiet. But this isn't the time or the place. Just focus on killing them. Wait. What the hell is that?"

Things happened so quickly. An intense reiatsu filled the air. Valintine stepped out of the Garganta. He looked down at the killing. He sighed. It was such a waste of cannon fodder. He had better uses for them. He looked down. One of the Shinigami was distracted. He glared. He sent out a telepathic message commanding all the Hollow to stop and they did. With that he drew his sword. Using sonida he vanished. Taking advantage of the momentary surprise to stab Nikitio. The pesky shinigami avoided the first blow, but Valintine expected that. He vanished again and got him from behind. His sword pierced Nikitio's side. Valintine flared his reiatsu at that moment. The Hollow roared. In his haste he didn't realize it wasn't a killing blow. It barely missed his stomach. Nikitio would have a nasty scar there though. Valintine removed his blade and sonido'd to the other Shinigami not protected by the Bakudo, Adam. He stabbed Adam just above the stomach. Again, in a rush to end things quickly. Valintine was no fool. Adam he could take, but he wouldn't stand a chance against Nikitio. He wanted to get in and out. When Nikitio tried to attack, Valintine turned his arm into a magma fount and blasted Nikitio away. His reiatsu flared again in victory. The Hollow all roared.

With another sonido Valintine was in the air. He had, in his head, killed two Shinigami. That thought was quickly dismissed when he realized their reiatsu was still high. It hadn't lowered like it should have. So, he failed. No matter. He would just have to work harder at this. With a smile he snapped. Gargantas opened up everywhere. All the Hollow vanished. "Until next time my dear Shinigami..." He walked inside his own Garganta.

hayashi was killing hollow left and right. hayashi killed many of them and was on a roll. until he came too hayashi managed to take control of his body and opened at gate. he threw himself in because he needed to go back to squad 4. before leaving he said something.

"many apologies my captain but i have to leave. i could go over to that women and get healed but its to far for me. i need to head back to squad 4 i have to deal with my reopened wounds. ill be back on duty as soon as i can"

after that said hayashi went back to the soul society. he headed for squad 4 to get his wounds healed again. he felt bad for leaving but he had no choice. he just hopped that his captain would understand and forgive him.

Tatsuya remained outside of the bakudo. He tried with all his might to hold up the kido net that he had created to ward off the hollow. So far it was working well. Weaker were trapped inside of it, and the hollow behind these were now boxed in because of their mass amount. The Gillian that were behind all of these hollows continued to massacre the weaker hollows in front of them by continuing forward and killing these hollows under their thunderous stomps. Tatsuya had turned the strength they held in their sheer number into a weakness. He grinned at this before he began to cough violently. He leaned forward in his kneeling position, his hands now in the sand. He continued to cough, blood coming up once more. He started to worry. "Dammit...I shouldn't have been moving around so much..." This was true, with bones being broken so close to vital organs, there was a danger that moving could cause internal injuries. The worst of which could have been having his lung pierced by one of his broken ribs and drowning, or his heart being pierced by one of these broken ribs, which could kill him instantly. Seeing as he was still alive, the latter couldn't be happening at the moment. The net began to fluctuate as he began to cough. His reiatsu was waning and he was running on vapors. If that wasn't bad enough, the Gillian were now coming closer. Tatsuya knew that he wouldn't be able to put up a fight against them. But he'd die before he gave up. He had to protect Jaxon, and he had to protect the man that saved her life.

Soon the net began to wane once more before ultimately disappearing. The hollows, now free, began to make their march forward. Tatsuya was now breathing harder than ever. He stood though. He wasn't finished. He'd fight until he died, and at the moment there wasn't really any other choice. Ever since he was little he was prepared to die. Now it seemed that his time had come. Tatsuya unsheathed his zanpaktou with his right hand and awaited the hollows that ran towards him. He limped towards them and began to slash. He managed to kill a few. But at the speed his was able to move at and the strength he had left, he wasn't able to put up much of a fight. One hollow raised forward and slashed him across his chest, sending him flying backwards, crashing into the wall of their base. Tatsuya screamed out in pain. He couldn't take much more. His thoughts fluttered back to his friends that he had lost. "It looks like I'll be seeing you all very soon...." He then began to think of Jaxon. Though their time together was brief, all the years of hardship and pain he had been through seemed like a distant memory when he was in her presence. He was glad that he was able to find at least glimmer of happiness within his life. He smiled and stood up once more, his zanpaktou in hand. He'd die with the one he loved in his thoughts.

The hollows then began to make their rush forward. Tatsuya made his way to charge them as well, before he heard a thud next to him. It was Adam, and it seemed that he was fully healed. "Hey, your lover needs you. Don't worry I'll defend you guys." Tatsuya looked at Adam, "Are you sure you can handle them by yourself?". Almost on cue, Adam exclaimed, "Bankai!" A burst of reiatsu followed now revealing Adam in a new outfit and his reiatsu skyrocketing. Tatsuya wasn't exactly sure when Adam had learned bankai, but he wondered why if he knew this technique already why he waited so late to use it. Tatsuya then nodded towards Adam, "Ok Adam...Thank you..." Tatsuya then sheathed his blade and made his way inside of the bakudo. He limped slowly towards Jaxon, who seemed to be on the verge of passing out. He quickened his pace and made his way to her, slowly getting into kneeling position in front of her. He held her hand and looked into her eyes. He could see the strain that had been placed on her. She was working so hard to take care of all of them, and she was doing it alone. He was proud of her and her resolve. Even though she was extremely exhausted, she pressed on. Putting the needs everyone else above her own. Though Tatsuya felt partially to blame that she had to do any of this at all. He still blamed his weakness for Adam's injury, and thus her having to heal him and now having to strain herself this far felt as it he were to blame as well. "Jaxon...Im sorry...I wasn't able to protect you...I'll have to become stronger..." He began to frown as he said these words. But soon enough he could feel the reiatsu of another. Another being that had the same dense, evil reiatsu as the other hollow, yet felt completely different. Completely stronger. He turned his attention outside of the Bakudo only to see Nikito and Adam being attacked by an unknown assailant. The man was able to stab Nikito in the side and then stabbed Adam right above the area where his wound had just been recently sealed. Nikito then ran towards the hollow-like being only to be blasted away by a fountain of what seemed to be lava. "What's going on?!" While this happened it seemed that the VC of squad 2 had other plans. Instead of assisting his captain who was now being attacked, he decided to leave everyone and go to squad 4 for treatment. While this made sense since he was injured. It didn't make much sense, since mostly everyone there had been injured, yet he decided to leave them all there and go on by himself. He hadn't even offered anyone there any assistance. Tatsuya couldn't believe this and shook his head in disgust. "You bastard..." He had made a mental note to kick the mans ass when they got back to Soul Society.

Jaxon had her eyes closed as she sensed Adam stand up.She could feel that he got stronger. Not just because she healed him. But because of something else. Could he have gone to his Inner World? Right when she was healing him? She didn’t know for sure. She was starting to get too tired to even think. For now she just rested some. She was tryng to regain some of her strength back. “Adam. Be careful.” She called out after him. She knew he was probably already fighting. But it had to be said. She knew he wanted to protect them.That it was hard on him to just lay there to be healed. She smiled a bit. It was a tired smile. She felt Adam’s reiatsu just flow out. He had more. He was stonger then when they first arrived here. “Hm. So he did. He did go to his Inner World. He even achieved his Bankai. Good job Adam. Good job.” She spoke. This was to herself mainly. She was starting to relax. Nikitio and Adam were near each other now. They were both going to be fine. She was glad. She even sighed some in content.

Jaxon started to open her eyes. She felt the Bakudo that protected the area she was in open. She saw that it was Tatsuya. He was limping as he moved towards her. She smiled as she saw him. He always seemed to make her smile. She opened her eyes even more. He moved to kneeled in front of her. She smiled some more as he held one of her hands. She gently squeezed his hand. She was tired. She knew that she was close to passing out. Tatsuya would be the last one she healed. She knew that by the time she fully healed him. She would be out cold. All she would need after this is just rest. Pure and simple rest. She listened to Tatsuya as he spoke. She shook her head at him some. “No. It’s okay Tatsuya. I wasn’t paying attention. I let my guard down. I caused Adam to get hurt. I’m the one that needs to get stronger. Let’s gt strong together. Alright?” She said. She smiled at him. She used her free hand to try and smooth away his frown. She then felt herself become paralyzed. In her weakened state, she felt an intense reiatsu appear out of nowhere. It wasn’t that of a Shinigami. Nor that of what some would call a Vizard. Not a Bount. Not a Quincy. Not a Human. No. It was Hollow. But no ordinary Hollow. This was more evil. She has felt this much evil before. She knew it was one of those that killed her. It was an Espada. Her eyes widened as she came to that fact. An Espada. They were in deep trouble now. In a matter of seconds, they can all die. She moved her eyes to where she felt the Espada. It looked like a tall male. She couldn’t see his mask. Or his Hollow hole. But she knew he was an Espada. He just so happened to step out of a Garganta. She held her breath as he looked down at them. She was starting to get scared. Real scared. She couldn’t look away. She couldn’t even close her eyes. She watched as he took out his sword. She couldn’t call out a warning to Adam and Nikitio. Hayashi was out of her sight at this time. She gasped as she watched the Espada try to stab Nikitio. Nikitio avoided the first stab. But he was soon hit by a second stab. One from behind. It was to his side. Good. It was not a mortal wound. Nikitio would be able to survive. Adam got the worst part of the deal. He was the next to be stabbed. He got it right above the stomach. Right above where she just healed him. That one she was worried about. That could kill him. She tried to shake her head. But she was paralyzed. She was having trouble even breathing in the presence of the Espada. She watched as Nikitio tried to attack the Espada. But he was blasted away. Was that magma? Magma! She kept her eyes on Nikitio. Worried if he was still alive. She then moved her eyes to where she felt the Espada go. He and the Hollows won. This time. But they won’t next time. Next time, the Shinigami will be much stronger. She started to have a bad feeling enter her body. It was hate. She was actually starting to hate someone. She never hated someone before. She was angry. She was so angry she wanted this Espada to die. He snapped his fingers and just disappeared. When the Espada left, she suddenly felt as if she can breathe and move. She slumped forward towards Tatsuya. She didn’t see Hayashi run away. She didn’t know he ran away after Adam and Nikitio were just attacked.

She placed one of her hands at Tatsuya’s chest. The other was at his stomach. Her hands were actually touching his body. But it felt as if her hands were barely there. She hoped he could hold her up as she healed him. She closed her eyes. She tried to block out the attack she just saw. Adam. Nikitio. Both of them were attacked as if they were weaklings compared to the Espada. She was breathing heavily as her hands glowed a light green color. The light green color then started to seep into Tatsuya. Moving into his body. To heal him on the inside. Slowly, his bones were being realigned. She was making sure he didn’t puncture anything. He was lucky. He was close to puncturing one of his lungs. If he had fought for a few more minutes then he would have died. Tears started to well up in her eyes. She closed her eyes tighter as she concentrated. She was healing his bones. She was fixing the bruising that was on his bones. That was on his organs. Even of what she could see on his skin. After a few long moments, he was healed. He would be sore. But that was expected. She took away most of his pain. She smiled some. But then she passed out. She was like dead weight right now. At least she did her best. She healed them as best she could.

Tatsuya hadn't realized that Jaxon had also blamed herself for what happened to Adam. The blade was intended to strike her, but Adam had pushed her out of the way, the blade piercing him instead. Tatsuya knew the only reason she was distracted was because she was worried about him and and his injuries. In all honesty, neither of them were to blame for what happened to Adam. None of them except for the Gillian that caused that caused the damage to Adam. It had taken Tatsuya until he spoke to Jaxon about this to realize this truth. He smiled at her as she gently placed her hand on his face. Trying to rid him of his frown. "Jaxon, we'll both get stronger, together. I promise." He smiled once again at her before making his way to lie down in front of her. He could tell from the way that she was breathing that she was exhausted. It was a good thing that supposed "Vice-Captain" of squad two had decided to leave. She wouldn't have been able to handle healing one more person, but from the type of person she was, Tatsuya knew she'd try.

As Tatsuya laid down, Jaxon placed one hand on his chest over the claw wound he had just acquired there recently. The other hand was then placed over his stomach. She slumped a bit as she did, leaning against his body. She was on the verge of passing out, but she continued on. Tatsuya tried his best to hold her up as she continued. He watched her as she closed her eyes and her hands glowed a light green color. She began breathing heavily as she did this. Tatsuya could see the green colored reiatsu seeping into his body, and almost instantaneous he could feel its affects. It began to heal him. It was starting from the inside out. he could feel his bones being realigned. His dislocated wrist popped back into place and his broken ribs began to mend. Though something like this should have been feeling painful, the healing kido dulled any and all pain and continued to heal. She did this for a couple of minutes while Tatsuya watched her, and he could see tears welling up in her eyes. He moved his hand up and wiped the tears from her eyes. He knew that these tears were out of worry of his well being. He felt bad that he was the cause of her worry, so now all he could do was comfort her any way he could. "It's ok, Jaxon. I'm still here with you, and I'll always be." He smiled, and let her continue her healing. She continued healing him until the wounds that were on his flesh had disappeared as well. As she finished, she fell forward. Tatsuya quickly sat up and caught her in his arms. She had collapsed. Right now what she needed was rest. Tatsuya looked at the sleeping Jaxon and smiled. "Thank you." He kissed her forehead and stood up, holding her in his arms.

He then began to run towards the door that had remained opened to the outside of the bakudo. He needed to see if Nikito and Adam were all right. He began to concentrate some of the reiatsu he had regained as a result of the healing at the bottom of his feet and ran forward. He disappeared, reappearing in front of the duo.

Nikitio saw the Espada. He moved quickly. He moved VERY quickly. Too many things were going on. Even Nikitio's hyperactive mind had trouble keeping up with him. He had never encountered an Espada before. Karasu screamed at him to pay attention. It was barely in time though. Nikitio jumped out of the way as the blade pierced the air. This Espada came prepared though. He either anticipated this dodge, or was incredibly aware of things. Before Nikitio landed, the Espada moved. He was behind Nikitio and stabbed him. Nikitio's eyes went wide. Pain surged through his body. HE did not scream though. He was truly shocked. As the reiatsu flared he felt ill. It felt like he was being choked. But it was weird. He felt like the choking was coming from the inside. It soon ended when the blade was removed.

Nikitio's eyes were wide. Not from the feel of death. No. The stab was not fatal in the least. It hurt bad though. Having to go through the armor that Nikitio wore caused the blade to heat up at the tip, which left a burning sensation. It wasn't that either though. Nikitio was worried about something. Something he had read a while ago. There were several ways for something to occur. This something was dangerous. He could die from it. He could lose his position from it. Nikitio shook his head. That couldn't happen. Not yet. He flared his own reiatsu. Damn him. Damn this man. He would pay for this. He would suffer. Nikitio was going to kill him in one blow.

He activated shunko once more. He sped forwards. This man thought that he could get away with this. He thought that he could stab Niktio. He thought that he could attack his own Division. He was wrong. Nikitio charged at the Esapda. He was about to impale his Third Seat. He didn't care about that though. He just wanted to kill him. He wanted to watch this Espada suffer and squirm. Nikitio drew his arm back. He readied a punch. Then something interesting happened. The Espada's arm turned into magma and forced Nikitio back. The molten earth hit Nikitio. His shunko protected him for the most part. Nikitio was forced down. He was shot back and landed on the ground. He stood up. He saw Adam get stabbed. He felt the Hollow's reiatsu.

His eyes flicked. He saw Hayashi now. What the hell was he doing? Leaving? Nikitio narrowed his eyes at him. That fool. Nikitio would have killed him then and there. Adam was in more need of attention. Nikitio made a note to handle Hayashi though later on. For now he needed to kill this man. The Espada was already gone though. Nikitio looked up at the man. He commanded the Hollow to leave and they did. Nikitio narrowed his eyes up at him. His face clearly unhappy. The Espada spoke. He told them goodbye. Nikitio scowled. Enough of this. He used shunpo. By the time he got there the Garganta had closed. Nikitio scowled at the area. He was pissed. He looked down to Adam. He needed to check on the others. Bankai was powerful. But it didn't make you immortal.

Nikitio released shunko. He sealed his Zanpakuto again. His clothing returned to normal. He wore the outfit he did before again. It was a black long sleeves shirt. It had a white X on the front, shoulders, and back. It effortlessly fell over his fingertips by a good three inches. He had on a black choker as well. On his lower half he wore a pair of black cargo pants. He changed them using shunpo on the way here. The black jeans had a green butterfly flying to the crotch on the left side, and a blue one flying away on the right. His ass also had a pair of navy blue and royal purple butterflies flying around. It was about 6 on his butt. He also had a pair of black boots with silver buckles. Blood was touching the clothes. Some of his wounds had already clotted though.

Nikitio stood next to Adam. Something was off. Something was very very off with Adam. It wasn't with him physically though. It had to do with his reiatsu. The students would never be able to tell the difference. The thing was too small. It was like a needle in a hay stack. The students were strong. There was no doubting that. To doubt that was to be foolish. They were still just students though. At the end of the day, their sensing wasn't anywhere near a captain. Not only was he a captain, but he HAD to be good at sensing reiatsu. No matter how faint it was. He looked at Adam. His face was emotionless. Whatever his feelings were, they were hidden. He looked at Tatsuya as he joined them. He would thank the others later. For now, Adam required his attention. "Tatsuya...you performed wonderfully. It's a shame you are not joining the Second Division. Extend my thanks to Jaxon when she wakes. You both did great. Just remember something. Always be alert." He turned his back on them. He opened a Senkai Gate. "Adam. Meet me in my office" He walked inside the gate.

Like his captain Adam wasn't paying attention. He was too focused on the Hollows around them. Things had just changed for the better in a way. He had just recieved his Bankai. This was perfect. He was now at his ultimate stage. He felt as if he was now strong enough to protect. To protect the ones he cared about. His blade kept cutting the hollows down. One by one. They fell. Adam was now truly stacking up the body count. He wasn't tired at all now. He felt as if he could anything. He moved around faster as well. He was using his increased speed mixed with Shunko. He was moving faster then he had ever moved before. He was truly enjoying this now. He had his power restored. He felt like a new man.

Adam stopped suddenly. He felt a massive amount of power. Adam's eyes went wide. Adam was only able to move due to his Bankai. This new feeling belonged to a hollow. Adam felt a strange feeling all of a sudden. He looked over to see the man. "An Espada?!" Adam announced outloud. He watched in horror as the Espada stabbed his captain. Adam was about to charge in when suddenly he felt a sudden surg of pain course through him. Adam looked down to see the Espada's blade through him. Adam kept his emotionless face as he looked down at the blade. His vision soon faded. He then felt something odd. A sudden rush of something went into him. Adam didn't pay any attention to this however. He was in to much shock to. After the man retracted his blade. He suddenly left. left through the same kind of gate he had came from. Adam didn't pay much attention to his captain. He also didn't see his Vice captain leave. Adam was in far to much shock of what just happen. How? Why? When? All of these were questions flooding his mind. He was still standing. It was as if he was just frozen in a block of ice. No blood came though. The blade that went through was so hot it cotorized the wound. In a way it wasn't that bad. Adam then looked over to his Captain who was now standing beside him. He told him to come to his office. Adam would obey. Now however. It was not a good time. He looked around to see Jaxon sleeping. Her lover looked healed now. Adam was glad. Once his captain left Adam followed. Before leaving he looked over towards Jaxon's lover. "Thank you both. If you need me just ask. I'll be there for the two of you." Adam said. With that he walked through the gate. He didn't have to worry much about the wound it wasn't that bad. He kept his bankai though. If he released it he would most likely fall to the ground. He was feeling the pain, but Adam was ignoring it.

Tatsuya nodded as he listened to Nikito speak. He commended both he and Jaxon on their performance today. "Ok captain...I'll be sure to tell her." He looked back to Jaxon, whom he held in his arms and smiled. Nikito then turned around and opened a Senkai gate. He ordered Adam to meet him in his office and then walked through. Adam then turned around and looked at him. "Thank you both. If you need me just ask. I'll be there for the two of you." Tatsuya nodded towards him and walked through the gate after him.
